TAMAR VALLEY TRUFFLES - Tasmania’s finest quality truffles from this family owned truffiere near the Tamar River. A special hunt and taste experience awaits.
Air
FLINDERS ISLAND FRESH - Promotes the talented growers, farmers and artisans who create unique Island products.
Flinders Island is located on the 40-degree south parallel. With its remote bays and granite mountains, this magical island prides itself on its saltbush pastures, a “milder than Melbourne” Mediterranean style climate and average rainfalls of 700mm per year of the world’s purest water.
The Island lifestyle is dropped back a gear – allowing the producers to focus wholeheartedly on their crafts and a self-sufficient ethos which inspires them to bring some amazing products to the table.
